
Qualifications
Landlord Cart Properties, LLC is a Charlotte-area residential landlord. We lease and manage our own residential properties in the greater Charlotte region. We are not realtors and do not manage properties on behalf of others — however, we do develop and market property management software for landlords who do. We do not discriminate in housing because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, physical or mental handicaps, or familial status (families with children).
We do however screen Tenants based on credit worthiness, income and background information available to us to mitigate loss to us.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, applicants must have a minimum combined income of 3.0 times the monthly rent.
A favorable credit history and no open bankruptcies.
No previous evictions or unpaid rent.
No felony convictions within the last six years.
