Is it secure and reliable?
We really can’t speak for our competitors on what kind of security precautions they take with your information; if they sale it or share it for marketing. But, we can guarantee you, we don’t! We’ve built our entire infrastructure in the Amazon AWS Cloud — the same infrastructure that runs Amazon, Netflix and your biggest companies. In addition, your information is securely transmitted and backed up regularly. This provides a high degree of confidence that your sensitive data (Tenant Information, Leases, etc.) are protected and always ready when you need it. Lastly, we alluded to this, but probably should be clear – we never — ever sale, transfer, barter or use your information for any purpose other than to provide you access to the platform.
What support is available?
If you have lived long enough, you know the biggest pain point with software companies is how they reel you in with beautiful websites, shiny logo’s, but the moment you need help, or have a problem, the thrill is gone. The’re likely to throw you in some black-hole queue or push you to asking your question on their community forum. We were intentional in ensure that when you use Landlord Cart you get the best customer service available. From our company Headquarters in Charlotte, NC, we’ll answer your pre-sales, post-sale and support inquires within 24 hours. We don’t outsource our support to other companies or regions. Is it easy to use?
When designing our solution, our focus was on ease of use. We concentrated all of the features and functionality to a top navigation bar so that you don’t have to click all over to find anything. In addition, we made it self-explanatory and intuitive. For example, if you are looking for Properties, you would click a link that says Properties. Similarly, if you were looking to add or edit your Leases, you would click the link that said Leases. No more formal training on how to use software.
What if there is a feature I need
Oh, this is a big one! Our platform is responsive to the needs of our customers. The customer feedback loop allows us to evaluate feature request.
