Prince Jones is the Chief Executive Officer at Landlord Cart Properties, LLC, providing strategic direction and technological leadership across our two divisions – Landlord Cart Software, a SaaS property management platform used by small to medium sized DIY landlords and Landlord Cart Residential, a North Carolina property services company providing local management to the Charlotte regional community.
For the past 17 years, Prince has owned and managed investment properties across the Charlotte region with over $2 million in assets under his current management. He purchased his first property at the age of 21 and showed an early appreciation for the many ways real estate can help create long term and sustainable wealth.
It’s with this deep experience and passion, that Landlord Cart Properties was created – to give other investors and property owners the opportunity to efficiently manage their own properties with little overhead.
Prince has a track record of creating successful companies. In 2005, he founded IMPACT Software Company, a software development firm that specializes in creating webmaster centric applications to power their businesses. Ad Peeps, a flagship banner and text ad management solution is still a flourishing business today with thousands of customers using it to manage adverts on their websites.
When not working in the real estate and property management arena, Prince lends his strong experience in Cyber Security, and currently serves in a senior management position at a leading Fortune 500 company. He holds distinguished certifications and diplomas such as The Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) granted by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC), Masters of Business Administration by Gardner Webb University, a private Christian university in Boiling Springs, North Carolina, founded in 1905, and an B.A. in Political Science from Virginia State University, a historically black land-grant university in Ettrick, Virginia, founded in 1882.
Dr. Brandon Dixon serves as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Landlord Cart Properties, LLC, bringing strategic financial oversight and operational excellence to our team since 2017. As our Finance leader, Dr. Dixon ensures that our investment decisions align with our long-term vision and sustainability goals. He oversees the company’s financial books, including profit and loss management, and provides critical guidance on pricing strategies to achieve our growth objectives.
Dr. Dixon’s leadership is built on a strong foundation of academic and professional accomplishments. He earned his Doctor of Education from Gardner-Webb University, a Master of Science from Walden University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Winthrop University. Throughout his career, he has held multiple leadership roles, demonstrating his ability to drive organizational success through sound financial strategy and operational leadership.
With his expertise, Dr. Dixon plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Landlord Cart Properties remains a trusted partner for landlords and property investors, helping them achieve sustainable success.
