- Auto-Rewrite Using AI (Free & Paid): Both tenants and landlords can take messages they’ve written in the Message Center and have them rewritten for clarity, tone, and grammar. You can approve the result, replace the original, or have the AI regenerate until you’re satisfied. This ensures professional, readable communication without extra effort.
Landlord-Focused AI Features
- Expense Virtual Agent (Free & Paid): Quickly log expenses using plain English. For example: “Paid $500 to NextEra Energy on April 5th for 123 Maple Way, reference ID 1235.” The AI will automatically match the expense to the correct property and record it properly.
- AI Lease Generator (Free with Limits / Paid Unlimited): Our AI lease generator combines OpenAI with our proprietary template library to create precise, state-compliant leases. Free users can generate up to five leases, while paid subscribers enjoy unlimited access. This tool produces better results than generic AI alternatives.
