Tenants can securely log in to view their balance, make payments, send messages, submit maintenance or repair requests, and download their lease documents—giving them control and improving communication efficiency.
Tenants complete a simple registration to securely access their account. This ensures a unique, password-protected login tied to their property and lease.
As a property manager, log in to the Dashboard and select Tenants. You’ll see a unique registration code to provide each tenant. We recommend sending a professional notification—via letter or email—explaining the Tenant Portal benefits and instructing them to register using this code.
